Preparation:-
1- Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or oil in a pan and fry the one large diced white onion in it until it turns golden brown.
2- Salute for 5 to 6 mins after that add 1 to 2 diced tomatoes and cook until oil separates.

3- Now, we add SDS Shahi Paneer Masala or Everest Shahi Paneer Masala for good taste and flavor.
And now we will add other salts it depends on your taste like:-
* 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
* 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 or 1 teaspoon garam masala
(The above salts can adjust according to your taste it just as an example)

4- Now we will put in a jar and nicely make a fine puree of it.

5- Add paneer pieces and cook on low flame for five minutes.

6- In this we will finally add 1/2 tsp of Fenugreek(methi) leaves powder ,very little Mace(javitri) powder and a small amount of Cardamom(elaichi) powder and mixed it well.

7- At last we garnish with a fresh sprig of coriander.
- And now, our shahi paneer is totally ready for serve.
